EROS Services, LLC has two designed programs (1) Supports Program Services and (2) Community Care Program Services.
Supports Program Services
The Supports Program Services is a Medicaid Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) waiver program. It provides services for New Jersey adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities who live in their family home or their own apartment or home, to assist them to live as independently as possible.

Community Care Program Services (CCP)
The Community Care Program (CCP) enables New Jersey to receive a federal match when state funds are used to provide approved services that assist Medicaid beneficiaries living in the community. The service was designed to avoid institutionalization.
